Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious Legal 500 firm in their search for a talented Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding Residential Property teams based in Chesterfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, forward-thinking law firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service while supporting the growth and success of its people.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ post-qualification experience managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Applications are also welcome from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed the majority of their training within Residential Property and are confident managing their own caseload.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Lead and mentor junior team members within a supportive conveyancing team structure
• Deliver client service while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive departmental growth and operational excellence
• Utilise modern case management systems and technology to streamline processes

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Applications from NQ Solicitors with significant Residential Property experience are also encouraged
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Communication and client care abilities
• Proficiency with case management systems and a proactive, team-oriented approach
