Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a successful and fast-growing property management company based in Nottingham, who are expanding their Service Charge Department. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Charge Manager to join their friendly and professional team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company renowned for excellent customer service and strong client relationships. You will play a key role managing service charge operations and supporting wider finance and property management teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Constructing service charge budgets for over 100 residential developments
• Carrying out bank reconciliations related to numerous client accounts
• Managing and supporting the Service Charge Administrator
• Reconciling administration and legal fees related to service charges
• Managing the setup of new developments within the portfolio

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in service charge management or a similar role within property management
• Strong accounting knowledge, ideally supported by AAT qualifications or equivalent
• Experience managing budgets and financial reconciliations
• Ability to handle complex financial enquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Experience working collaboratively with administrators, finance teams, and external stakeholders
