Our fantastic client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts professional to join their friendly finance team working from their modern Beeston offices on a full-time basis, working Temporary initially with potential of the role becoming permanent.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to develop their skillset and progress their career within this sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage QuickBooks
• Prepare and issue invoices while ensuring accurate financial records
• Chase outstanding debtors and monitor overdue accounts
• Handle telephone and email enquiries in a polite, professional manner
• Provide general accounts and administrative support to the finance team

Skills & Experience

• Experience in an accounts/finance role
• Ability to use Sage QuickBooks, experience of using this within a role
• Qualified with a L2/L3 AAT or above
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail and levels of accuracy

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: c£12.21 – £13.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Beeston,  Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Temp to Perm subject to 12 consecutive weeks in temporary employment
