Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a financial services organisation who are looking for several dedicated and friendly Customer Service Administrators to join their team on an immediately starting basis. They have a warm and close-knit team who help their customers with any queries and always operate offering only the best customer service!

You will be given the opportunity to assist a range of different customers with their telephone and email queries, alongside supporting vulnerable customers through their financial journey, therefore you must be passionate about always offering an excellent service!

The position is on a Temp to Perm basis, as the requirement is ideally to start as soon as possible, this is subject to 12 consecutive weeks in employment. Our client also offers excellent working hours (no weekends or evenings!), working Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle a range of inbound telephone calls
• Act as the first point of contact for queries from customers
• Update the database with existing customer information
• Assist with creating reports for transactions
• Respond promptly to incoming email queries

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration and customer service experience essential
• Good attention to detail with a can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to work
• Good IT proficiency in MS Office packages
• Polite and professional telephone manner
