The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience however this is not essential. What is essential is having the ability to make customers feel listened to and be able to effectively resolve problems.

Due to the location of the role, a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential!

The role has working hours of Monday to Friday, working a shift of 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm with the later shift 12pm to 8pm allowing work from home. The role is hybrid working with 2 days per week from home and 3 days from the office. It is essential that new starters spend the first couple weeks training full time from the office on the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, which will also be from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls, emails and live chat queries
• Process customer orders within a timely manner, ensuring accuracy
• Discuss customer requirements, provide advice and guidance
• Provide information to customers about the service
• Update a bespoke customer database with confidential information

Skills & Experience

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Polite and professional telephone manner essential
• Able to prioritise workloads
• Strong IT skills to include MS Office essential
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
