Express Recruitment are pleased to be hiring on behalf of a prestigious organisation who are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their friendly Team, ensuring compliance requirements are met on behalf of one of their VIP clients.

This role is a full-time, office-based role located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, their working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance for a range of properties across the East Midlands
• Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries
• Co-ordinate contractors to complete works on buildings for compliance purposes
• Update a bespoke CAFM database with compliance certification information
• Conduct quality assurance checks on previously completed works
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and third parties when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience of working in a building services or property environment
• Compliance knowledge within a commercial building or property environment
• IT skills to include MS Office and Facilities Management packages
• Experience of overseeing performance of contractors
• Fluent communicator at all levels
