Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis in Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Building Surveying graduate (or similar) to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic international environment, supporting on a wide range of projects across commercial, industrial and logistics portfolios.

You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to a company that delivers impactful, high-quality solutions across Scotland.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist senior surveyors with building inspections and stock conditioning surveys
• Support with the preparation of maintenance plans and schedules
• Aid in the preparation of reports, drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients and contractor’s teams to ensure effective project coordination
• Contribute to project delivery and documentation across multiple sites
• Participate in health and safety assessments and compliance checks
• Support senior colleagues with cost estimation, tendering and procurement activities
• Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of project progress reports

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• Previous building surveying and asset tagging experience
• Communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn and progress within a professional environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
