Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Site Managers and Supervisors with co-ordination of construction projects
• Work at height from scaffolding, ladders, and MEWPs (scissor lifts/cherry pickers)
• Lift, guide, align, and secure structural components using bolts or rivets
• Ensure all company tools and equipment are maintained and used safely
• Maintain awareness of health and safety practices at all times
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the Operations Director and Delivery Manager

Skills & Experience

• Valid CSCS card and IPAF (Categories 3A & 3B) essential
• Previous background in steel erection, construction, or related sectors desirable
• Confident, professional, and flexible approach with strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and practical working skills
• Valid UK Driving Licence
