Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a small company based in North Nottingham. They are urgently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their organisation on a part-time basis. This role offers 15 hours per week which can be worked flexibly between Tuesday – Thursday, 9am-4pm. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deal with enquiries by post, email and telephone
• Carry out general office administration duties
• Keep the database updated and change any relevant information
• Type a range of correspondence such as letters, emails and internal correspondence
• File and archive a number of confidential documents

Skills & Experience 

• Previous office-based experience essential
• Good IT skills, to include MS Office suite
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Happy to work in a small team
