 Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Handle a variety of telephone and email queries
• Co-ordinate diaries on behalf of colleagues and management teams
• Update bespoke internal CRM databases and MS Office
• Handle sensitive situations with members of the public
• Raise customers orders and process invoices when required

 Skills & Experience: 

• Previous office-based experience essential
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Understanding of safeguarding, GDPR and data sensitivity
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use MS Office in a professional capacity
