Express Recruitment are currently hiring for several Temporary Passenger Support Assistants to work on public sector project and are interested in speaking with candidates who hold Enhanced DBS Checks across the below locations:

• Mansfield
• Newark-on-Trent
• Lincoln
• Leicester

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting children & young adults with disabilities, travelling to and from educational settings
• Ensuring passenger safety and wellbeing at all times
• Providing physical and emotional support where required
• Assisting with boarding and disembarking
• Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm environment
• Working closely with drivers and council teams

Skills & Requirements

• Enhanced DBS available on the update service (essential)
• Available to start immediately
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is beneficial — but not essential
