Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a local medical practice with a requirement for a Temporary Phlebotomist on a part time basis, working up to 9 hours, ideally across 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will start as soon as possible, subject to processing a Standard DBS Check; therefore, if your current certificate was processed within the last year, this will allow you to start immediately. If you have previous experience within this field, then we would love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect patient samples following safety protocols
• Accurately record and maintain patient data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Provide direct healthcare support to patients and monitoring health
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and communication
• Assist in preparing and maintaining medical equipment, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patient treatment

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role
• Hold an in-date DBS check, ideally processed within the last 12 months
• Hands-on experience in patient care and health monitoring
• Experience in collecting and handling patient samples safely
• Familiarity with electronic health records and data management

Summary

Hours: Tuesday and Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Location: Clifton

Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour D.O.E

Job Type: Temporary for approx. 6-8 weeks
