Roles & Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders via inbound calls and emails
• Liaising with suppliers to manage inventory
• Logging purchasing and sales orders onto company system
• Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team and manager

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in an office
• Confident with professional telephone manner
• Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Organised and strong timekeeping skills
