Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international company based in Nottingham, who are looking to expand their busy team through recruiting a German speaking candidate, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end order process, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels
• Resolve issues relating to availability, delivery, pricing, billing and claims
• Share accurate product information and customer feedback to support sales and development
• Contribute to team operations through workload sharing and regional/language support
• Maintain brand standards and act as an ambassador in all communications

Skills & Experience

• Written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
• IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
