Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading industrial services and distribution organisation. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at a key customer site in Luton.

This is a commercially focused, customer-facing role combining operational oversight with relationship management and revenue growth. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for on-site supply operations, ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and margins.

This position would suit someone with experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or industrial B2B environments who is confident managing both operational processes and commercial performance.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of c£43,000 per annum, alongside the opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering long-term career progression and full training support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations within a customer site environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and procurement stakeholders
• Oversee stock control and ensure timely availability of essential products
• Monitor performance against agreed service standards and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve cost efficiencies

Skills & Experience

• Background within manufacturing, engineering, industrial supply or distribution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially aware with the ability to spot growth opportunities
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in B2B sales, procurement, operations or supply chain advantageous
