We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of apprenticeship and training opportunities across the region.

This role is ideal for a confident and target-driven individual with a strong background in sales or business development who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities with employers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business opportunities through apprenticeship vacancies and upskilling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to maximise engagement and revenue
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employer journey
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality across the organisation
• Proactively plan and deliver sales campaigns using telesales, field sales, networking and social media
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer opportunities to consistently meet targets

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role achieving sales targets
• Demonstrable ability to generate own leads
• Experience within further or higher education is advantageous
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:45am to 3:30pm (35 hours per week)
