Express Recruitment are delighted be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and welcoming team in Nottingham.

The department has had continuous growth due to a new recent public service contract and a leading healthcare provider which in return offers the opportunity of progression and longevity in a permanent role with fantastic benefits.

The ideal candidate will have previous phone-based customer service experience within a very busy contact centre or medical service environment where they have administrated high volumes of calls and interactions with patients.

Start date for the role is 7h July 2025 and we are looking for 6 candidates. The role has working hours of Monday – Friday, working a shift of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10-6 with the later shift 12-8 allowing work from home. The role is hybrid working with 2 days per week from home and 3 days from the office. It is essential that new starters spend the first 4 weeks training full time from the office on the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, this will also be from home. You’ll be advised of your shift pattern at least 8 weeks in advance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and live chat queries
  • Process patient sensitive data and ensuring accuracy
  • Discuss patient requirements, provide advice and guidance
  • Provide information to patients about the service
  • Update a bespoke customer CRM with confidential information

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Polite and professional telephone manner essential
  • Able to prioritise workloads
  • Strong IT skills to include MS Office essential
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar position
