Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation based in Nottingham as they look to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced Customer Service team.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineers. This role will involve managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service and maintenance jobs, raising invoices and supporting key client accounts all within a busy operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers and engineers
  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance jobs, allocating work to engineers
  • Raise invoices and issue relevant documentation to customers
  • Manage allocated key accounts including reporting, queries and administration
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to understand service needs

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an office based role * Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident IT user comfortable working across multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, process-driven and customer-focused approach
