Are you passionate about supporting survivors of sexual violence and looking to take the next step in a meaningful, trauma-informed support role? Our client is a respected organisation delivering specialist services across the region, and due to continued growth, they are now seeking a dedicated Hub Support Worker to join their Sexual Violence and Abuse Hub team.
The successful candidate will bring a compassionate, survivor-centred approach, with the confidence to manage sensitive conversations, carry out structured assessments, and remain calm and professional in sometimes challenging situations. We’re looking for someone emotionally resilient, highly organised, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of those affected by sexual violence.
In return, you will join a supportive and collaborative working environment with strong supervisory support, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional development. This is a rewarding role for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and focused on delivering high-quality, ethical support.
