Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an Inbound customer executive to support the expansion of their Leicester based team. This role is a Full time role working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, and take responsibility for following up enquiries, dealing with customer queries and Managing relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast paced customer service environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients both new and old.
• Introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
• Communicating with the Logistics team to ensure order statuses are up to date.
• Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
• Following up inbound leads for the sales teams.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within a customer service role or similar required
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers.
• Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided.
• Experience within manufacturing industries highly desirable
• Excellent Written and verbal communication

Vacancy Summary

Salary: c£26,000 Per Annum D.O.E + Uncapped Commission
