Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their Coalville based sales team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales environment, and take responsibility for sourcing new business, promoting products and services, and manage relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients both new and old
• Introduce and promote products and services to potential customers
• Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
• Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills & Experience

• 2 years sales experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
• Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided
• Experience within manufacturing industries highly desirable
• Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
