The successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of IT solutions, with experience in both managing business relationships, and line management.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer, including a basic salary up to £40k with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £85k, generous pension scheme, perkbox discount programme, free flu vaccinations and free eye tests.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, consultative support to drive client retention and revenue growth by understanding business needs and providing value-adding solutions
• Engage with new and existing customers to secure and expand IT support contracts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, with a focus on cloud, security, and infrastructure
• Monitor market trends to refine offerings, stay competitive, and provide insightful reporting to leadership

Skills & Experience

• Proven success within IT sales development
• Technical knowledge across cloud, hardware, networking, security, and disaster recovery solutions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical clients
• Self-driven and solution-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
