Working in a leadership role, the successful candidate will work across this academy, modelling and leading the improvement of teaching skills to raise student achievement in all groups and to narrow any gaps in attainment across the business department.

As a Learning Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting students’ learning and inspiring students and staff to reach their full potential, whilst also supporting their well-being and overall educational experience. This role is to begin in September 2025.

  • Inspire the next generation of business leaders, through engaging trips, industry links, and participation in national competitions
  • Drive innovation as an experienced Business practitioner, shaping the departments strategic vision, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional student outcomes

  • Equip students with practical business skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindsets, preparing them for higher education and successful careers

Skills & Experience

  • Experience and passion for delivering teaching with a strong subject knowledge within Business Studies
  • Able to motivate and inspire students and staff to achieve their full potential
  • Committed to safeguarding and well-being
  • Prepared to be involved in leading co-curricular activities either within or outside of their teaching subject
