Express Recruitment are pleased to be hiring on behalf of a prestigious organisation who are seeking an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator to join their friendly FM Team, ensuring compliance requirements are met on behalf of one of their VIP clients.

This role is a full-time, office-based role located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, their working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Health and Safety compliance for all contractors
• Oversee performance of contractors, ensuring works deadlines are met
• Update CAFM database with compliance certification details
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and third parties when required
• Schedule and co-ordinate contractors to ensure works are complete on time

Skills & Experience

• Fluent communicator at all levels
• Strong knowledge of Gas Safety and EICR installations (PPM)
• Excellent compliance knowledge within a multi-site environment
• Confident user of CAFM systems
• Experience of overseeing performance of contractors
