The initial working hours for the role are 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining financial records, including invoices and payments
• Assisting with payroll processes and reconciling accounts
• Handling tax filings and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Supporting financial reporting and cash flow management
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to resolve queries efficiently

Skills & Background

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or payroll accounting
• Knowledge of Sage / Xero / QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
