Express Recruitment are currently working with a busy not-for-profit organisation based in Derby. Our client is looking for an experience and reliable Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for approx. 3 months, with potential to extend to a long-term opportunity. The position offers a start of May 19^th, and they also do have on-site parking available.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Organise documents in line with strict legislation
• Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers
• Enter accurate data onto a bespoke system
• Answer phone calls from clients and external agencies
• Ensure all administrative tasks are actioned within a timely manner

Skills & Experience

• Previous administrative experience essential
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Professional telephone skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
