Express Recruitment are excited to be continuing their partnership with a reputable medium-sized organisation, who, due to successful expansion, are looking to recruit an experienced Finance and Data professional to join their team based in Nottingham on a Temp to Perm basis.

The successful candidate will work within the finance function, dealing with finance-related enquiries, credit control and general administration duties.

This role is well suited to an individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of a general finance position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process invoices and arrange payments from third parties
• Create, update and send reports to Company Accountant
• Monitor finances and budgets around scheduled deadlines
• Chase payments from students and third parties when required
• Collate and submit financial data such as student and returns information
• Develop and implement audit and new data management processes
• Assist with daily book-keeping tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous Finance or Data experience
• Proven experience of chasing and receiving payments
• Ability to use MS Office and finance packages
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, No weekends

Salary: c£14.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Job Type: Temp to Perm subject to 12 consecutive weeks in employment
