The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Qualification for this role. You’ll be passionate about ensuring all students are taught at an efficient level, aiding them to begin their career within the Engineering sector. Our client is open to receiving applications from candidates with a background as a Tutor, Assessors or similar.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and deliver lessons to a group of apprentice students
• Prepare students for end-point assessments, ensuring best practice at all times
• Liaise with co-ordinators and apprenticeship managers via telephone, email and face to face
• Design and develop resources to ensure students receive the best learning experience
• Act as the first point of contact for students within the HVAC/R Team

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Level 3 within Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Preferably hold a Certificate in Education/PGCE or be prepared to work towards this
• Knowledge of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Experience of communicating at all levels
• Ability to work to and meet timescale deadlines
