Roles & Responsibilities

• Drafting and managing legal aid costs including help claims
• Applying risk assessments and administrating replies
• Creating schedules of costs and payment terms
• Creating high-cost case plans effectively
• Handling legal aid appeals
• General administration costs

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a cost administrator position in a legal setting
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to manage a high volume of claims
• Previous experience handling cases
• Good knowledge of Microsoft reporting tools
