Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a renowned Professional Services Company on the search for its next Business Development Manager. This role will be covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

This position is well suited to a self-motivated individual who is driven by success and hungry to increase their earning potential. You will be given the tools to succeed, including access to leads and support from the wider business.

Duties to include:

  • Following up from leads and generating Sales meetings
  • Attending Sales meetings, either in person or via video
  • Closing sales and signing clients up to long term contracts of services
  • Building long lasting relationships with clients

Background required:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience in a Field Sales role
  • Prior experience selling a service, ideally within professional services
  • Able to competently negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work on own initiative

Salary: c£35,000 – £50,000 OTE

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
