Express Recruitment are proud to be working with an East Midlands based, 3^rd generation family run business who operate within the commercial fitting space, fitting partitioning walls, mezzanine floors and storage solutions. Due to business growth, they are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to operate across the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will deal with commercial businesses across the West Midlands in locations such as Coventry, Birmingham and Wolverhampton, developing an understanding of customer requirements, providing quotes and converting into sales.

There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a basic salary of up to £45k D.O.E with an O.T.E of c£70k-£80k, plus car allowance and access to private healthcare.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Handle inbound leads and actively seek new business opportunities
• Travel across the West Midlands in order to handle customer sales requirements
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Experience within commercial interiors sales advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
