The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be looking to build a long-term career within the insurance sector. Our clients are offering a basic salary of up to £26,000 alongside an excellent benefits structure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drafting and managing insurance claims
• Maintaining and updating client records
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Responding to client enquiries via phone or email
• Keeping updated with industry trends
• Assist in preparing insurance quotes for clients

Skills & Experience

• Undergraduate degree required
• Previous experience within an administrator position beneficial
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to manage a high volume of claims
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft reporting tools
