Due to continued business success and exciting forecasted growth, our client is seeking a methodical and efficient IT Project Manager to take ownership of successful project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, whilst ensuring project policies and structures are strictly adhered to.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload for wider Project/PMO team
• Attend consultation meetings with new clients to take down project brief and devise plan of action for next steps
• Ensure PMO governance standards are adhered to throughout duration of project lifecycle
• Manage client correspondence, responding in a timely manner and acting upon this
• Log and track project progress and further details via a change request log
• Arrange new starter requests
• Maintain up to date knowledge of project pipeline, ensuring planned resource capacity are actioned for current and forecasted projects
• Attend progress meetings with wider PMO team and clients, both on and off site

Skills & Experience

• Effective communication skills, notable diligence, excellent organisational skills and time management
• Previous experience working within a similar Project Manager position
• Experience with stakeholder management and building client relationships preferable
• Analytical with an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology desirable
• Willing to travel to client sites when needed
