They are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineering Assessor to join their team, specialising in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring all students are taught at an efficient level, aiding them to begin their career within the Engineering sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, plan and deliver lessons to a group of Mechanical Engineering students
• Use and relay expertise to students around Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment
• Prepare students for end-point assessments, ensuring best practice at all times
• Set up, review and mark students work; completed within the setting and at home
• Design and develop resources to ensure students receive the best learning experience
• Act as the first point of contact for students within the HVAC/R Team

Skills & Experience

• Qualified with a relevant Mechanical Engineering/Air Conditioning Qualification
• Preferably hold a Certificate in Education/PGCE or be prepared to work towards this
• Demonstratable ability to mark and assess students work
• Experience of communicating at all levels
• Ability to work to and meet timescale deadlines
