We’re on the search for a high performing, ambitious sales professional to join for an established firm based in Derby.

The successful candidate will have previous telephone-based sales experience, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with new and potential customers, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers.

There is an excellent starting salary of £28,000 DOE on offer, with the potential to earn an additional £300 a month in commission plus 36 days annual leave! The working hours for the role 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads and introduce potential customers the businesses services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
• Provide initial guidance to clients on options and processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the mortgage advisory team to ensure a seamless client experience

Skills & Experience

• Experience in an outbound telephone-based sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
