Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable client who operate within the Financial Services sector. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to support with a range of tasks including underwriting, team management and more.

The successful applicant will have previous underwriting experience and will be familiar with using Circle finance database. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of loan application processes and will be confident with liaising with people at all levels.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of up to c£30,000, alongside a benefits package which is inclusive of an Employee Assistant Programme, Death in Service Cover, 25 Days Holiday and Public Bank Holidays, continuous training and the opportunity to gain further qualifications, and also generous pension contributions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse a range of customer loan applications
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and solutions
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 time with employees to support operational performance
• Provide training and coaching to employees
• Update customer details on a bespoke financial services database

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge and experience of underwriting
• Previous experience within financial services
• Experience of using the Circle finance system
• Leadership or management experience
• Good analytical and numerical skills
