This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced shift leader with a food production background, looking to move away from 4-on-4-off shifts and into a Monday-Friday role with sociable hours.

The company has ambitious plans to penetrate new markets and it’s a really exciting time to get on board.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assign the production team to relevant workstations
• Manage the production team where necessary
• Ensure high quality and safety standards are upheld in line with relevant industry standards
• Manage stock including recording temperature and batch numbers upon arrival
• Fill in relevant paperwork to ensure company standards are maintained at all times
• Support the Production Manager with ad-hoc duties where necessary

Skills & Experience

• Strong background within fast-paced food production environment
• Demonstrable knowledge of quality assurance and food hygiene standards
• Shift leadership experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Computer literate
• Level 2 or 3 HACCP certification preferred but not essential
