Our new Recruitment Consultant must take ownership of our well-established Temporary Recruitment division; this division covers roles within Administration, Analytics, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, as well as more generalist business operations for companies of varying sizes and sectors. Our successful recruit will support our Temporary Recruitment Manager with advertising, market research, talent finding, interviewing, and skills matching with no two days being the same.  

Other duties will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities for the division and wider business  
• Checking-in new starters, overseeing Temporary Worker absences and annual leave requests 
• Visiting companies across the East Midlands to take down thorough briefs for new vacancies

Qualifying applicants will have:

• Professional services or professional office experience essential 
• Candidates with strong hospitality customer service experience may be considered   
• GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English essential 
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (2.1 or higher) or Apprenticeship at Level 3 or higher in a customer service or administration vocation   
• Genuine desire to work hard to achieve great results, sometime including longer hours  
• Competitive by nature and hungry for success with a desire to build the business and personal brand

Vacancy Summary
