Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our award-winning Wealth Management Firm in their search for an experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team on a self-employed basis. The business are currently handling c£600 million in assets with the desire grow this to over 9 figures within the future.

This is an excellent role for someone with extensive previous Financial Advisory experience, offering a fantastic salary of up to c£100,000+ when you are up and running with the position and the ability to get out what you put into the role, a private health insurance scheme and the opportunity to use the office facilities or work in a fully remote capacity.

Within this role you also have the opportunity to inherit business from an Incumbent with excess capacity to earn further salary in the future.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients based on their individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation
• Stay up-to-date with financial market trends, regulations, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Customise financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
• Follow the company’s operating policies and procedures, so that client servicing is conducted consistently and efficiently and operational risks are appropriately managed
• Grow the number of clients served by recruiting new clients through referrals, personal networking and by making presentations to professional firms such as lawyers

Skills & Experience

• Level 4 DipFA qualification minimum
• Extensive experience within a Financial Advisory position, either salaried or self employed
• Ability to analyse, understand and disseminate complex financial data and research
• Experience using a range of Financial planning and data CRMS
