We are actively seeking a Senior Account Manager to join a fast-paced team within a leading facilities and construction environment. This is a temp to perm opportunity for a confident and hands-on professional ready to lead and manage a team of Account Managers through complex challenges.

In addition to your expertise, you’ll be offered a generous hourly rate of up to c£25.00 per hour D.O.E, with permanent opportunities available. Immediate starts are available and the dynamic environment will have a significant impact on the successful candidates individual growth!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Account Managers across multiple live contracts
• Oversee client relationships and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations
• Tackle and resolve operational issues within a challenging and fast-moving environment
• Use building and facilities knowledge to guide the team and enhance service standards
• Act as the main escalation point for complex account queries and service problems
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance and compliance

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within Facilities or Building & Construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a demanding and diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Knowledge of building systems, facilities processes, and contract management
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
