You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of capital project handovers through the Soft Landings process, ensuring buildings transition smoothly from construction to operation while prioritising client satisfaction and building performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the management and coordination of capital project handovers
• Assist in delivering Soft Landings initiatives, ensuring operational readiness
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure aftercare support post-handover
• Contribute to project efficiency and early identification of operational issues
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service delivery standards

Skills & Experience

• Degree in a Construction related discipline
• Strong understanding of the built environment and construction processes
• Excellent communications and client-facing skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, No weekends

Salary: c£15.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Job Type: Temp to Perm subject to 12 consecutive weeks in employment
