They are looking to recruit several full time Temporary Administrators, working across various teams, to support their growing team with a busy period and increased workflow, with opportunities on a full and part-time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email queries from members of the public
• Add creative content to websites and media platforms
• Update a bespoke database with confidential details
• Attend confidential meetings and take minutes
• Handle customer queries via telephone and email
• Filing and faxing of confidential documents

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an office environment
• Professional telephone manner
• Flexible approach to work
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
• Knowledge of IT systems, to include MS Office
