Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a global construction consultancy who are currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Asset Surveyor to support them with a project.

This role will be an excellent opportunity for someone who holds excellent attention to detail and is looking to build on their existing Building Surveying experience, and in return you’ll be given the opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete building checks for various properties
• Assist with asset tagging and recording processes
• Ensure building regulations are met
• Manage the administration for building surveys
• Ensure Health and Safety is always adhered to

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Reliable and motivated attitude when working in niche settings
• Be able to build relationships with customers and colleagues from all backgrounds
