Our client is looking for an experienced Exams Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, offering full time hours and potential permanent opportunities will be available for the right person.

The suitable candidate will need to be flexible over exam season and results days.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and co-ordinate examination schedules for students
• Manage seating plans ensuring all examination rooms are set up effectively
• Complete examination assessments when required
• Support with risk assessments for students when required
• Liaise via telephone, email and face to face with staff, students and parents

Skills & Experience

• Previous Exams Officer experience, secondary school ideal
• Strong co-ordination skills
• Ability to liaise with individuals of all levels
• Knowledge of GDPR & Data Protection
• Polite and professional manner
