Our client is looking for someone to join a team of dynamic, motivated individuals, each providing the best level of support possible to colleagues, field workers and customers alike.  

Full training will be provided for this role.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and direct to the relevant team  
• Diagnose housing repairs and advice accordingly 
• Schedule repairs, and handle appointments according to GDPR 
• General administrative duties, as required for the role 

Skills & Experience

• Previous housing experience desirable, but not essential 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly 
• Professional telephone manner 
• Flexible to carry out varied workload in busy environment, and manage tasks accordingly
