Based in Loughborough, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-performing team committed to delivering quality housing services to the community.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the responsive repairs team to deliver a high-quality, efficient service using both in-house operatives and external contractors
• Oversee the Business Support Team, ensuring smooth coordination and excellent customer service across the repairs and voids operations
• Manage disrepair claims and customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Identify areas for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce turnaround times
• Ensure repairs meet regulatory standards and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Produce and analyse management reports and customer insight data to drive decision-making
• Lead cross-department meetings and facilitate communication between all stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• A construction-related qualification (e.g. degree, RICS/CIOB membership) or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in managing property repair services and delivering large-scale repair programmes
• Skilled in managing resources, teams, budgets, and contractors
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and best practices
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
