Express Recruitment are seeking an experienced SEN Finance Coordinator to join our fantastic client based in Leicester. They are seeking a competent individual who has experience in bookkeeping and accounts to join their established team. The successful candidate will oversee financial reports and would be happy to travel between different sites when required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To lead, effectively manage and develop the SEN Payments Finance function
• To promote, deliver and develop finance best practice, customer-focussed services, through strong and effective management of resource with performance standards and targets
• Provide oversight, governance, and leadership to deliver a safe, efficient, cost effective, customer-focused multi-disciplinary SEN Payments finance function that delivers services to meet the needs of both internal and external customers
• Set staff performance targets that link to the effective delivery of team and departmental priorities
• Lead or participate in departmental and partner agency projects and ensure that new developments are reflected in policies, practice, and operational procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Educated to degree level, or Part CCAB or AAT qualification
• Use of technology to improve management information and working practices including Power BI, Fusion Analytics, Oracle Fusion or similar tools
• Full driving licence to travel between sites
• Enhanced DBS Required
• Knowledge of relevant health safety and wellbeing policies
