We are working with a leading business in their sector, who are looking to recruit a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation and optimising digital campaigns to attract prospective tenants.

As part of a fast-paced and competitive market, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO, PPC and channel management strategies, ensuring high visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns that enhance online visibility, drive organic traffic, and maximize paid advertising ROI
• Oversee social media, email marketing, website content and digital partnerships, ensuring consistent brand messaging
• Monitor key marketing metrics, track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content, ensuring it aligns with student preferences and market trends

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads and social media advertising
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including organic and paid strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems and email marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse data-driven insights and optimise marketing performance
• Qualification in marketing, business or a related field advantageous
