The ideal candidate will have previous phone-based customer service or sales experience within a very busy contact centre or sales environment where they have administrated high volumes of calls and interactions.

Start date for the role is immediate and the shift patterns are Monday to Friday with a competitive holiday bonus 32 days holiday and monthly sales bonus with lots of other incentives including pizza lunches and games room for winding down. Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and live chat queries
• Process data ensuring accuracy and updating records
• Sales conversations with upselling of products
• Discuss customer requirements, provide advice and guidance
• Provide information to customers regarding parts and accessories
• Update a bespoke customer CRM with confidential information

Skills & Experience

• Call centre experience essential
• Polite and professional telephone manner essential
• Able to prioritise workloads
• Strong IT skills to include MS Office essential
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar position
