Due to year-on-year growth, our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to take ownership of the ongoing delivery, development, and maintenance of their growing product portfolio.

Please note: This role is predominantly remote working with the expectation of one day in the Nottingham office per week.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Chair weekly meetings with wider development team to ensure delivery progress is on track on be on hand to triage any production issues 
• Develop brand new product features using a variety of tools and languages 
• Maintain existing code and investigate any issues relating to bugs  
• Build and maintain full backend functionality and performance 
• Collaborate with the wider QA Test on all product deliverables throughout unit testing process 
• Perform detailed risk assessment across all product delivery stages, to ensure all issues are mitigated as early as possible  
• Develop and upgrade front-end web applications, ensuring an appealing UI design for all end users  
• Lead daily SCRUM and Agile ceremonies with wider technical team 
• Liaise with sub-contractors to set up workload and assess quality of work produced aligning with company standards/specifications 
• Reporting directly to Technical Operations Manager to perform additional duties in line with company requirements  

Skills & Experience 

• Demonstrable experience working as a Full Stack Developer 
• Experienced in C# coding and .NET frameworks essential 
• Experience in developing scalable web applications essential 
• MSSQL, T-SQL database design and administration experience advantageous  
• Experience working in an Agile/Waterfall environment  
• Confident communication skills with people on all levels, including Department Leaders and Major Stakeholders  
• Experience working with MVC frameworks is desirable
