As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of one of Express Recruitment’s established and expanding Permanent Commercial divisions; this division covers roles within Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Marketing as well as more generalist business operations up to management level. You will drive your desk to success by observing competitors, developing business, chasing leads, talent finding, interviewing, and skills matching. With no two days being the same.

Other duties include

• Attend new business meetings
• Record new vacancies accurately and in detail
• Manage the negotiation of job offers and recruitment fees
• Work closely with the business support team to ensure quality of service

Qualifying applicants will have

• Some demonstrable work experience, preferably within a client facing or sales role
• Genuine desire to work hard to achieve great results, sometimes including longer hours
• Hungry for success with a desire to build the business and personal brand
• Recent (2020-2023) Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject achieving 2.1 or higher preferred
• GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English essential
• Excellent written English skills
